Getting Enough Fiber

Getting enough fiber is very important for a healthy diet. Why is fiber so important? Where can you find enough fiber? What foods have the most fiber?

These are all questions I address in this video about getting enough fiber. We should be getting 40-45 grams of fiber each day, how much fiber are you getting? I want to help you determine how to get enough fiber in your diet and understand what fiber does to keep us healthy!
